Dan Gaziv
Co-founder and CEO
Dan Gaziv, Co-founder and CEO, is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in wealth management and senior financial positions. He founded a single-family office and serves as the chief investment officer of a number of high-net-worth families. Prior to this role, he held various CFO positions in several companies in the cleantech and high-tech industries.
With a background as a former manager in KPMG’s advisory department (Somekh Chaikin), Dan offered his expertise to some of Israel’s prominent families and led departments focused on financial modeling and financial instruments.
Dan is a certified public accountant and holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from Hebrew University, and an MBA in Business Administration from Tel Aviv University.
Tomy Kovalis
Co-founder and ChairmanTTomy Kovalis, Co-founder and Chairman, is an entrepreneur who specializes in the worlds of finance and Fintech. After a 12 year career as an investment manager, Tomy founded Advice-FP in 2013 (advice-fp.com) a pension and financial services company with a focus on high-tech companies. Advice-FP serves approximately 450 companies and 15,000 employees. In 2019, he founded Cover (cover.co.il), which uses AI and digitization to generate disruption in the Israeli insurance market. Tomy is an economist with an investment portfolio manager license on behalf of the Israel Securities Authority (non active) and a pension license from the Israel Securities Authority.
